Acceptance of terms

By using DOHRA, you agree to these terms. If you're using DOHRA on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf.

The service

DOHRA provides software for automotive trade businesses, starting with dealerships, covering vehicle tracking, bookkeeping, document generation, and related tools.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

DOHRA is provided for legitimate business use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store in DOHRA. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Pricing and billing terms will be confirmed before launch.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement in line with terms to be confirmed at launch.

Limitation of liability

DOHRA is provided as-is. Full liability terms will be finalized before launch, with legal review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
